1. Must be homemade.
2. Must be made at Sam Hatcher.
3. May be made on camp stove or camp fire.
4. Both groups of Webelos may enter a soup.
5. Place soup into disposable containter and deliver to Lodge by 5:30 pm. No entries will be accepted after 6:00 pm.
6. Place pack #, patrol name, name of soup and recipe in an envelope.
7. Judging will be based on originality, taste, and how well prepared.
